Teaching Goals (Required) 1) Small Talk / Interactive Speaking * Everyday, scenario-based conversation; ability to expand topics naturally and ask/answer follow-up questions * Not looking for simple Q&A drills or memorized scripts 2) Fast Spoken English Summaries (Core Skill) * For short articles / short videos, deliver a 1–2 minute spoken summary in English * Clear structure required: main idea → 2–3 key points → conclusion / takeaway 3) Explaining Course Materials (Occasional) * I take some English-taught classes. Occasionally, I need help explaining materials or paragraph meanings in English or bilingual (EN/CH) * I will share the materials ahead of time for your preparation II. Class Setup * Format: 1-on-1 online (Zoom / Google Meet) * Frequency: once per week * Duration: 50–60 minutes per session * Time: after 8:30 PM (we can agree on a fixed weekday) III. Materials & Practice * Mainly “practical speaking scenarios” + “short articles / short videos” * Preferred: brief homework tasks or a short phrase/sentence pattern recap to support review (quality over quantity) IV. Tutor Requirements * Able to guide students to speak in complete sentences and maintain a natural conversation flow * Can clearly id******** and correct grammar and pronunciation (preferably with a structured correction approach) * Familiar with teaching a summary framework * Has teaching experience (private tutoring / language schools / online teaching all welcome) V.
