I want to build a house on property I just bought in 台東縣，東河鄉 . However, my Chinese isn't good enough to communicate with the people necessary to do this. Ideal I would like to build a prefab home on the property, but I need someone who can act as a liaison between me and builders, architect, etc. I also never built a house in Taiwan before, so I don't know the process. I don't have any prior connections so it would be you calling various companies to find out how they can help me with building the house, and helping me hire them to do work.
