1.自我介紹
一、學歷
1.大學：中國醫藥大學營養學系，大學期間並加修取得長期照護學程，大二曾參與見習營至中區多家長期照護機構及公家機關衛生單位協助衛教病人及減重活動，大三則於台南永康奇美醫院實習，並於應屆畢業取得營養師證照及考取營養所。
2.碩士：中國醫藥大學營養所，就學期間研究主題為探討鼠尾草酸能抑制細胞凋亡而達到預防帕金森氏症等相關研究，其論文發表於營養年會暨學術研討會上獲得優等獎，並取得保健食品初級工程師證照。
二、經歷
1.2014年碩班畢業之初曾於台南小型區域醫院任職營養師，在職期間從事病人營養評估、營養衛教、開立菜單、幫病人量秤體重、營養品進貨管控等工作內容。
2.2015年進入生展生技，任職期間主要工作內容包括保健品配方設計、外包裝設計、產品報價、協助下單追縱原物料及交期、產品客訴處理、產品教育訓練、產品稿件審閱、合約溝通、亦常與原料及物料廠商接觸及商討...等產品開發企劃相關內容。曾負責之客戶產品年度業績額達8千萬，其品項多達40支，劑型多樣化包括：錠劑、顆粒劑、飲品...等。此外，接觸過之客戶屬性廣泛，包括：直銷體系，例如：台灣商美、藥局通路，例如：丁丁藥局、佑全藥局、電子科技業，例如：神腦國際、外商藥廠，例如：GSK...等等。
3.2017年進入健身產業，目前工作內容主要包括協助會員增肌減脂飲食規劃、會員一般營養相關問題諮詢、不定期開立營養課程教育會員、設計營養衛教單張...等。

1. Bachelor: Department of Nutrition of China Medical University JUN 2012
Also got the Dietitian license and completed a long-term care course during college, sophomore had participated in the practice camp of nutrition that had visited a number of long-term care institutions and help patients to keep healthier. Furthermore, I had an intership in CHI-MEI hospital for about two months.
2. Master: China Medical University Nutrition Institute JUL 2014
During the study of the theme is the inhibition of apoptosis of carnosic acid to prevent Parkinson's disease, the poster published in the Nutrition Conference and academic seminar won the excellent award, and also got the health care workers primary engineer license.
