我目前是自由譯者，翻譯經驗已有十年多，為英文系畢業。翻譯過各種學術論文及專業文章，領域涉及甚廣， 包括法律、金融、理工、化學、醫學、宗教、商業、經濟、文化等。我的翻譯品質保證為在維持文字的正確邏輯性之下創造通順易懂的句子，並且謹遵專業術語的規則。另外，我喜愛中翻英的程度更甚於英翻中。因為我享受使用英文寫作的挑戰樂趣。也喜歡在文字推敲中獲得成就感。隨著工作經驗的累積，我也不斷增長自己的能力，並且在各大領域中學到不同學術及專業知識。同樣的，我也在這幾年豐富的翻譯經驗累積之下，讓我練就一身高效率及高品質的翻譯能力，並且擁有良好的工作配合態度。
我的翻譯領域更擅長於學術性論文的撰寫，或是專業文章的翻譯，基於這方面的遣詞用字已熟能生巧。下一步我想挑戰的是文學小說，或是短篇故事，以挑戰我個人的文字想像能力。我熱於嘗試各種新領域的文章撰寫及翻譯，希望有一日能自己撰寫出一本發人深省的好書。有關於我的翻譯品質，許多客戶都給予極高的評價跟正面回饋。希望有一天也能為您服務。
I graduated as a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Tamgkang University in 2004.
I always take delight in writing and editing words using English and this has a deep impact on my career goal toward translation. Since graduation, I have been involved in the translation work off and on for more than ten years. I tried many different fields for translation cases, ranging from gaming magazine articles, media journals, technical reports, technical manuals, credential reports, audit reports, all sorts of academic writing, personal letters, and business advertising etc. I have a hunger for learning beyond what I know and continue to grow my knowledge from what I don’t know. I always enjoy developing my potential through different jobs, especially in translation work.
My various translation experiences are listed in my CV in full details as above. Those experiences have trained me to be a more professional translator to deliver better quality of written work with higher efficiency, which has been always highly appreciated and valued by many clients. I have a special taste for English writing, and this urges me to do more translation cases from Chinese to English. Nevertheless, I have tried different styles of writing when doing the translation. My ultimate goal is to write a book of my own to inspire people one day. Before that, I’d like to continue taking more translation cases to develop my writing skills.
I have been said to have excellent commands of English language and this makes it easier for me to well use English in terms of thinking and writing with a right sense of logic. I also take advantage of my strength to develop my expertise through the translation work.
