Having experience in learning and development department for over three years in different industries including hospitality and retail, I have taken over different variety of projects in training field which makes me be confident delivering my best in my work. The projects I have done: First, design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials; second, deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques; third, assist in the evaluation of training programs.
To broaden my horizons, I am studying MBA in National Cheng Kung University, one of the top university in Taiwan, which gives me the insights of serving business and society in the global economy through developing professionally qualified and socially responsible business leaders as well as through advancing the frontiers of knowledge in business management.
