My name is Grace, and I am an early-years educator specializing in bilingual education and STEAM curriculum design. I hold a Master of Science in Education (Digital Age Learning & Educational Technology) from Johns Hopkins University, where I focused on learning design, educational technology integration, and child-centered pedagogy. Currently, I teach STEAM and ELA classes for PreK through Grade 3 students in Taiwan, designing inquiry-based, developmentally appropriate lessons that foster creativity, critical thinking, and strong language foundations.

I grew up in a bilingual environment and attended American international schools in both Taiwan and Shanghai, in addition to spending part of my childhood in the United States. These multicultural experiences helped me develop near-native English proficiency and strong academic fluency in Chinese. This background allows me to support multilingual learners effectively while bridging cultural and linguistic gaps in the classroom.

I also have experience in Chinese–English translation within school settings, including translating instructional materials, school documents, newsletters, parent communication, and official forms. I genuinely enjoy doing paperwork translation and language adaptation; it’s a task I find both meaningful and rewarding, especially when it helps teachers, students, and families understand each other more clearly. I approach translation with accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity to ensure information is accessible to all parties.

Beyond classroom teaching and translation, I am skilled in curriculum development, project-based learning (PBL), and integrating technology into instruction. I am familiar with maker-space tools, STEAM inquiry projects, and digital learning platforms, and I have extensive experience working with bilingual families and diverse school communities.


我叫 Grace，是一位專注於幼兒及低年級教育的教師，擁有雙語教學與 STEAM 課程設計的紮實背景。我取得約翰霍普金斯大學教育科學碩士學位（數位學習與教育科技方向），主要研究學習設計、教育科技整合與以兒童為中心的教學法。現職教授台灣幼兒園至小學三年級的 STEAM 與英語語文課程，並以探究式與動手操作的方式設計適性課程，培養孩子的創造力、思考力與語言能力。

我自幼在中英雙語環境中成長，先後就讀台灣與上海的美式國際學校，也曾在美國生活。這些跨文化經驗讓我具備接近母語程度的英文能力，以及穩固的中文讀寫與教學能力，使我能有效支持多語學習環境中的學生。同時，我具備中英雙語轉換與翻譯的能力，能協助教師團隊、學生與家長之間進行語言橋接，並能精準轉寫課堂資訊、教學文件與家校溝通內容。

除了教學經驗，我也擅長課程設計、專題式學習（PBL）以及科技融入教學。我熟悉 maker-space 工具、STEAM 探究活動與數位教學平台的運用，能為低齡學生設計兼具創意與發展適性的學習體驗。此外，我具備良好的跨文化溝通能力，並擁有多年與雙語家庭及多元文化校園合作的經驗。
