我是羅于琪，在四季如春的高雄出生，直到大學北上至基隆唸書，是家裡最小的小孩。家裡給我的生活啟示：享受每一分鐘，過程中的經歷遠比結果來的收穫更多。所以認真做好每件事，是我處事的態度，時時刻刻學習帶给我很大的成就感。大學就讀電機系，4年來成績一直保持中上水準。擔任過2年的學生會秘書部的部員，很開心能有這個機會，可以在學生會學習到不同於電機系的經驗，學到不只是深入了解word或是power point等文書軟體利用，也學到在各部門之間協調與討論的方法，還有公文格式製作與建檔，這樣的經驗對我之後幫助很大。大學期間還曾在補習班當任家教老師，1年時間幫助國三的同學複習三年的數學、理化的課程。這樣的經驗讓我練習了如何站在台上清楚且有條理的把自己所學的東西講述明白，也學會了如何建立評估標準，不只是對授課學生，也可以對自己上課做檢討，對於臨場反應更具備挑戰。這樣的練習讓我上了研究所之後繼續當任微積分助教一職，幫助教授帶領大學部同學計算習題，解決問題。
My name is Judy Lo. I was born and lived in a wonderful place named Kaohsiung for about 18 years before I go to Keelung to study in college. Through all those years. I have to say that my family have the most influence on my character and attitude. One thing that my Mom and Dad always tell me is that "Enjoy every minute, things you learn from the process." is always greater than things you learn from the results.
So, doing things with the greatest efforts is my unswerving belief. I like to learn things from the details and that just make me happy.
I study electronic engineering in college. In this four years in college, I keep my grade above the average. And I am the member of NTOU student association secretary department for two years. I am happy that I can work in student association because I learned many things there. The experience can't be learned by just reading books. I learned not just how to use word or powerpoint. The most important part I learned there is how to negotiate with other department, how to discuss, and decide things among all the people. I also learned how to write official document. All this things I learned and experienced is very helpful to me.
I also spend 1 year in my college being a cram school tutor. My main target in the cram school is to help ninth-grader review there math, physics and chemistry. With this experience, I know how to present and how to make a clear speech on the stage. Because I have the experience teach on the stage, in graduate school, I served as teaching assistant of calculus. Help college student to solve problem and to learn better.
