I am Frank Liu, I had been a foreign student in Singapore and UK before my service in the military in year 2000. I am familiar with IT and international trade related fields. Had been trained in both 'Simultaneous/Consecutive Interpreting', and recent years in hosting/managing seminar-style online video conference using Zoom.
