1.自我介紹
中文自傳:
你好,我是順萱,很高興有機會在此向您介紹我自己。我在台中渡過年少輕狂歲月並完成大學學業,成長於小康軍公教家庭的順萱,幼年曾有一段時間隨同祖父母住在眷村、語焉不詳的隨著大人們哼唱著「蘇三起解」,看電視上的「群星會」,總是對唱「葡萄成熟時」的陳蘭麗那雙咪咪眼印象深刻。兒時的我常作著不切實際的明星夢,羨慕阿姨們唇上漂亮的蜜斯佛陀口紅,那時真想趕快長大。
因為大學時代以半工半讀的方式完成學業,所以大學畢業時已具備相當豐富打工經驗,在打工上學之外還積極參予社團活動,雖然忙碌,卻不改熱愛文學藝術、興趣廣泛的本性,大學畢業前已積極投入創業(開設個性咖啡館),雖被同學老師們視為異數,卻因此結交了許多各色各樣志同道合、氣味相投的夥伴,為年輕不留白寫下註腳,也在抽象的文學領域之外,提早令自己親身體驗所謂做生意,經營管理上的不易及必須面臨的挑戰,使自己除了擁有天生感性的本質,亦學會用理性的成熟態度看待身邊的人事物,是自己年輕時代非常引以自豪的一段特殊經驗。
來到台北之後,人生又進入一段全新、不同於以往的挑戰:電子媒體的工作經驗。雖然工作的方式和內容與自己的興趣有所差距,卻意外學會說流利的台語,更發現心目中的繁華世界(台北)是如此複雜、充滿人們在有限資源及條件下求生存的殘酷競爭;而自己則在這段時間接受了短時間必須閱讀大量訊息、彙整編輯成為有效資訊的訓練,更有機會與來自四面八方想法、價值觀各異的政經界、企業界人士溝通各種議題,受益匪淺,又為自己的世界開了另一扇窗。從十九歲投入職場至今,順萱目前擁有成熟樂觀的工作態度、善於表達、樂於與人溝通、社交能力佳(對各項媒體傳播工具都有一定程度的了解),希望在工作中不斷學習成長,作為貴公司或工作室之工作夥伴,順萱將努力達成共同希望達成之工作目標。
順萱個性雖活潑外向,卻能動能靜,思慮清晰,而親自育兒的經驗,讓我深刻體會到東西方教育方式及資源的差異, 陪孩子共讀及探索各種人文和自然知識的過程, 也為自己的永續學習寫下新的里程碑。 值得一提的當然是投入國際友誼團社團工作的這幾年, 我非常有幸能在孩子逐漸成長的時刻,得以與來自世界各地的社會菁英共事, 為了東西文化的交流及對互相的理解認同投注心力, 那是一種離世界很近的成就感, 也順便培養了孩子做世界公民的熱情。希望這次能巧遇喜愛責任分工、充分授權、樂於與下屬分享經營管理經驗、並且熱愛生活及家庭的主管,更不排斥接受行銷業務方面的訓練,希望在工作中獲得不斷學習新事物、新觀念的機會。最後感謝您在百忙中抽空看完我的自傳,給予我面試的機會,相逢自是有緣。
英文自傳:
My name is Sharon and glad to introduce myself here. I spent my youthful days in Taichung and finished the university education there. I grew up in a military parenthood family, lived in the Military Kindred Village with my grandparents during the childhood. I liked to follow the neighbors to sing the Chinese Opera called “Susan’s unjust verdict “. When I watched “Stars Gathering”, the TV program, always got the deep impression from the blinking eyes of the singer named Lan-li Chen who sang “When grapes are mature”. I dreamed the unrealistic dream of being a star, admired women putting on the lipsticks of “Max Factor”. I would like to become an adult soon.
Since I worked my way through the university, I’ve grabbed rich work experiences when I got the degree. I participated in the club activities positively. This made me busy, but I still was the person that loved literature and art, kept the nature of having wide interests. Besides, I’ve tried to run a coffee shop then. I made many different like-mined friends and partners from this process. That truly gave the foot-note, “Let’s get it while we’re young”. Outside of the abstract literature area, I got to know what business is like in advance. Moreover, I got to see why management is not easy and the challenges you would suffer. The business practices let me not only keep my sensibility but also learn to treat what’s around me with sense. This is the unique experience that I felt very pride in my youthful life.
After coming to Taipei, my life suffered another totally new challenge different from the past: the work in electronic media. The working methods had the obvious gaps that I’ve not known yet. But I learned how to say good Taiwanese accidentally. Furthermore, I found the bustling world in my mind, Taipei City, is so complicated and full of the cruel competitions for survival resulting from the limited resources and conditions. During the time, I accepted the training of studying large amount information in a short time, then collected and edited it to become the effective one. Therefore, I grabbed the chances to communicate many sorts of issues with the persons in the government and business communities. This made me enjoy the great benefits, also opened another window for my world. Since I started my career when I was nineteen, I’ve become a person who has mature, positive working attitude, is good at expressing ideas; loves to communicate with people and owns excellent social skills. Sharon hopes to keep learning and developing career through this job. To be the partner of your company or studio, Sharon will do my best to achieve the common goals for all.
Sharon owns the outgoing personality, but is the one who enjoys both physical and sedentary activities. The experiences of parenting my son personally let me realize that there’re differences of resources and ways between the eastern and western education. The process of accompanying with the kid reading, exploring culture and science knowledge also made me create the new history regarding my lifelong education. Another what is worth mentioning is joining in FFI Club throughout these years. I’m so lucky to have been working with the elites around the world while my son is getting growing up. I devoted effort to the communication between the eastern and western culture to win the understanding and recognition each other. That is the sense of accomplishment that I’m closed to the world so nearly. I also cultivated my son’s passion of being a world citizen by this way. I hope would happen to meet the supervisor who loves carrying out assignment of responsibility, full authorization, sharing the management experiences with subordinates and has passion of life as well as family. I won’t rule out the training of marketing, hope to get new knowledge and ideas from work continually. Finally, I appreciated you reading my biography in a busy schedule, giving me the interview chances. There’s always a reason to meet each other.
