-Product business plan strategy to steer new development
-Monitor NPI project management to ensure on the right track
-Product marketing & sales promotion, including WPC and market events
-Support RBU/sales team in project execution to win business growth

-Focusing on IPC product especially Box PC in Automation (EtherCAT/TSN/Real Time Management Solution)
-Run project with more than 8 different internal function windows, including Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, BIOS engineer, All material sourcers, Safety Engineer, EMI Engineer, Quality Engineer, Product Engineer, Sales, and so on.
-Project NPI, Kickoff to MP (includes standard product and OEM / ODM project) product sustaining and support worldwide business inquiry
-Roadmap updates as wells as product training for sales and customers on new and existing product lines
-Work as professional technical/budget/delivery schedule/product life cycle management interface between customers and the internal teams
-Collaborated with marcom to deliver marketing materials and campaigns such as webinar and E-channels.
