Hi guys, I'm Hank. I was an English teacher but somehow decided to fulfill my chef dream. So I went OZ and then got recruited to London. Mainly cooking European and Italian. Exceptionally on explaining techniques and knowledge than just recipes only give you grams and minutes.

在外國時間經常於自家辦私人晚餐,也常應客戶需要到其他人家中進行烹飪
覺得煮飯重要的不是食譜,則是技術,知識與理解
