Specialized in environmental impact assessment (EIA) operations, starting from project execution to comprehensively formulating strategies, including environmental surveys, scheduling, strategy trewdevelopment, environmental mitigation measures, and monitoring plan design, with over 8 years of experience. Possesses more than 4 years of experience leading three large projects with teams of more than 10 people. Deeply involved in the EIA and permitting fields of Taiwan's offshore wind power for many years, starting from the second phase of Taiwan's offshore development, engaging in the design of EIAs, including handling the EIA permit applications for thermal power plants in Taiwan. Familiar with the environmental protection strategies and monitoring plans required for different power development projects, participating in numerous local management discussions and possessing extensive experience.
