在英語學習中沒有捷徑。儘管這是一個漫長而緩慢的過程，但取決於你如何面對，它也可以是一個有趣的過程。我是成人的私人英語口語教師。口語交流和口語表達是我的教學重點。我在這裡不僅是要幫助你提高口語能力，還要幫助你準備好那句開啟你想要進行的對話的第一句話。
我在西雅圖大學獲得了國際商務和財務金融兩個學位。英語從來不是我的母語。學校時期很艱難，因為我用一種不熟悉的語言學習新知識。很幸運的我有許多朋友的幫助和他們的耐心，使我達到了現在的地步。我和我的所有學生一樣經歷了同樣的掙扎和挑戰。通過分享我的經驗，我希望傳播一個新的英語學習觀念。那就是英語只是一種溝通工具。這不是關於完美的語法或豐富的詞彙量。擁有完美的語法和使用所有高級詞彙並不意味著你會說英文。使用簡單的詞彙和不太完美的語法也不意味著你不會說英語。
從事英語教學從未出現在我的職業規劃中，盡管同事朋友們常提到。我從事國際貿易公司的銷售工作8年之久，然後轉行。在這期間，我的工作之一是參加許多全球展覽會並拜訪客戶。經由共識者的提醒,才開始意識到我可以輕鬆地與所有外國客戶聊天。對他們來說，與我交流和聊天是放鬆的。當大家無法清楚解釋他們的產品時，我開始注意到這是一個劣勢。因為我看到許多有潛力的產品如果有更好地表達方式，就可能會取得更好的成果。這就是我開始教英語的原因。
說英語並不是極其困難的。困難在於我們的心態。我們常常害怕在工作中出錯，這可能是事實。我認為只有當我們開始犯錯誤時，我們才能說得更好。就像西奧多·羅斯福曾經說過的：“從不犯錯誤的這個人就是從不做任何事情的人。”
因此，我在這堂課上的目標是鼓勵學生接受新的英語學習觀念，走出自己的殼，展現他們的真本事。最終，我希望學生從我的課程中獲得在英語環境中的舒適感。最重要的是，我希望幫助學生找到一種在厭倦學習時振作起來的方式。我們做任何事情都會感到厭倦，如何振作起來是我們所做每一件事情的終身功課。So, LET“S DO THIS TOGETHER!!!

There is no fast route in English learning. Although it is a long and slow process, it can also be fun, depending on how you do it. I am a private English tutor for adults. Oral conversation and oral speaking are my focus. I am here to assist you not only to improve your speaking skills but also to prepare you for that first sentence to initiate that conversation you want to have.
I obtained two degrees from Seattle University, International Business and Finance. English is never my first language. My school years were hard because I was studying a new set of knowledge using an unfamiliar language. I was lucky enough to have lots of friends‘ help and patience to get to where I am now. I went through the same struggles and challenges like all my students. By sharing my experience, I hope to spread a new concept of English learning. That English is only a tool for communication. It‘s not about perfect grammar or big vocabulary. Having perfect grammar and using all the big words doesn’t mean you can speak better English. Using simple words and messy grammar doesn‘t mean you speak English poorly.
Teaching English was never in my career path, although people had mentioned it to me many times. I never thought I had anything to offer. I worked as a saleswoman for an International trading company for 8 years before I switched jobs. During this time, one of my job descriptions was to attend many global exhibitions and visit customers. I was reminded that I can easily chat with all foreign customers. It was relaxing for them to communicate and chat with me. I started to notice I feel this disadvantage when people can’t explain their products well. I saw so many products with great potential to have a better outcome if they can express them better. That’s the reason I started to teach English.
English speaking is not extremely difficult. The difficulty is our mindset. We are often afraid of making mistakes that can look bad at work. Perhaps this is the truth. I think only if we start making mistakes can you speak better. Just like Theodore Roosevelt once said: “The only man who never makes a mistake is the man who never does anything.”
Therefore, my goal in this class is to encourage students to adopt the new concept of English learning, get out of their shells, and show what they are made of. Ultimately, what I want students to take away from my class is the comforts of being in an English-speaking environment. Most importantly, I would love to help students find a way to pick themselves up when they are tired of learning. We will get tired of something after a while; how to pick ourselves up is a lifetime of homework for everything we do. So, LET“S DO THIS TOGETHER!!!
