1.自我介紹
感謝您的審閱，以下是敝人許智傑的工作簡歷及相關經驗。
2010~2014於樹德科技大學 休閒遊憩與運動管理系畢業。
在學期間參與遊戲橘子職業電競隊社群小編以及賽事活動現場工作人員，
並在期間內將社群拓展成為行銷主力，維護粉絲以及推廣周邊產品。
興趣為騎乘大型重機以及參與各式不同的社群活動，以及拍攝影片製作上傳至YOUTUBE與大家分享。

松泉網路科技：
任職手遊產品風險控制管理人員以及客服職務。
主要工作內容包含確認遊戲有無異常之狀況，以及玩家在遊戲過程中是否有利用不當行為來進行遊戲，
以及確認客服相關流程還有與玩家應對是否熟悉。
捷克網路科技：
任職總計15款手遊客服主管一職。
工作內容包含組織與分配內部人員作業，確認每周問題概況利於匯報時告知問題以及服務面向、
與合作廠商應對以及優化各流程還有數據分析報告以及遊戲改善方案，
瑞思網路科技：
2019/07~2020/02
任職三款手遊產品營運以及客服管理職務。
工作內容包含組織與分配內部人員作業、面試新人以及職務安排、產品活動規劃、數據分析報告以及遊戲改善方案，
任職期間有被外派至菲律賓参予營運事務以及接洽相關事務。
遊戲橘子：
2016/12~2019/07
任職客服專員，工作內容包含玩家來公司親訪接待玩家、記錄顧客來電內容、處理客訴案件、協助監控後台以及伺服器狀況以及報表數據分析，也與玩家建立良好互動關係。
2016/06~2016/11於台灣之星擔任客服督導以及電訪督導，
負責督促專員在通話期間是否有不妥的狀況，以及負責絕多數的數據分析、優化改善方案、市場與同類型競品調查，
也與用戶建立良好互動關係。
電競賽事企劃：
於2017年與友人舉辦跑跑卡丁車業餘賽事，從企劃撰寫、贊助商找尋、規章擬定、場地找尋及報名規範等等，
以及找尋在電競直播主來進行媒體曝光，並且獲取相對性的關注度讓玩家們來進行報名
在這過程當中從0開始與友人一起合作完成該項賽事，籌畫近三個月完成，並且獲得贊助金來發放獎金，
即便該項比賽僅僅只是表演賽，不過我還是完成我與友人的共同目標，讓自己職涯上能對於賽事企畫有多一點認識。
過去因緣際會有幸能在不同產業貢獻己力。
如在瑞思網路科技公司，讓我對於遊戲產業的認知與理解有飛躍性成長，
如在遊戲橘子與台灣之星，讓我在客服單位學習到了如何與人應對，以及臨場反應下該怎麼流暢地去解決用戶的問題。
如在電競賽事企劃經驗，我理解到了找場地以及贊助商的艱辛之處，以及擔綱裁判時所具備的自信。
這些際遇，都將成為我的重要養分與能力。
目前嘗試製作Youtube的影片剪輯以及頻道企劃撰寫，對於影視娛樂有相當濃厚的興趣與期待。
對於未來工作希望能藉著自己所學經驗以及跨領域經歷來擔任公司的一份子。
目前仍然有在對影視娛樂類有做進一步更深入的了解，像是VR類型的影片，所呈現的畫質畫風以及設備的架設等等…
架設完成後的安全性，是否有無BUG需要在現場做進一步排除，排除完成後是否會出現其他不同類型的狀況等等…
這些都是需要時間以及經驗去互相累積堆疊出來的，
為了就是讓客人或是玩家有完善的體驗，這些目前都是我仍需要再多做學習的地方，
不只在職場以及生活上，態度永遠擺在第一位，並隨時保持自己積極的心態，
在面對人群以及工作任務不怕生且樂意學習不同事物，
希望能藉著自己所學經驗以及跨領域經歷，來承擔責任與發展公司未來的業務。

2016/06 ~ 2016/11 served as customer service supervisor and televised supervisor at Taiwan Star,
Responsible for urging the commissioner to check if there is any problem during the call, as well as responsible for most of the data analysis, optimization and improvement programs, market and similar competition surveys, and establish a good interactive relationship with users.

2016/12 ~ 2019/07
Serve as a customer service specialist. The work includes players visiting the company in person to receive players, recording customer calls, handling customer complaints, assisting in monitoring back-end and server conditions, and analyzing report data. It also establishes a good interactive relationship with players.
Ruisi Network Technology:
2019/07 ~ present
Worked in game product operations and administrative management positions.
Job content includes organization and assignment of internal staff assignments, interviews with new hires and job arrangements, product activity planning, data analysis reports, and game improvement programs. During his tenure, he was assigned to Filipino meals and operational affairs and contacted.
Event planning:
Hosted akel running kart amateur e-sports league in 2017 ~ 2018
Planning an amateur e-sports league with Gamania and Thermaltake Technology,
And live broadcast reached over 10,000 views, providing bonuses and various sponsorships to achieve an unprecedented situation.
All kinds of experience in the game industry have allowed me to grow my knowledge by leaps and bounds,
Currently doing Youtube video editing and channel production,
not only in the workplace and life, the attitude will always be the first, and always maintain a positive attitude,
and is currently doing further studies and advanced studies,
Currently doing further study and training. There is still a lot to learn
Now there are some aerial photography tasks in the aerial photography industry.
In the face of crowds and work tasks, I not afraid of life and are willing to learn different things.
