I am Arthur, a freshman seeking diverse opportunities to be familiar with real-world business. In the meantime, I aim to help others find their passion and strive for the future.
Although I gained a place at HKUST Business School in my senior year, my grades were a disaster in my 9th grade. During the class, I will share with you the secret why I performed much better in the 2021 GSAT.
I regard myself as an efficient student rather than an intelligent one. Therefore, Im willing to assist those who work on self-improvement and students who havent found an appropriate way to study.

教學理念
會幫學生排讀書計畫表,確保學生能夠在每周完成一定的讀書進度,面對段考與模考,才不至於措手不及發現沒有紮實讀完遺漏之處。讀書計畫表是客製化量身訂做,並非像傳統補習班發一張大表按照進行,而是以學生個人的需求作個別調整與彈性規劃。會和學生討論遇到的困難,目標是兼顧多元的適性參與和發展。
在求學過程中,難免會遇到挫敗與壓力、同儕間的比較、感情中的失意、友情間的摩擦、社團活動無法取得平衡等,因此透過分享自身經歷,我能有耐心並同理學生的心境,讓學生感受到溫暖並持續為了目標而邁進,也伸出手幫助在掙扎邊緣的學生們。
對我來說,學生的程度好壞並不是那麼重要,我希望能夠真正幫助孩子。我不會以我的角度去審視或評判一位學生,以我的眼光看待的確非常輕易,然而我期望能設身體會學生處境,以同理與謙卑的態度陪伴孩子的求學歷程。
根據80/20法則,我們投入的20%心力,會造就80的收穫;因而,我將試圖帶給學生的,是透過大任務的拆解、少量而不間斷的努力,一步步高效地朝最後的目標邁進。
我也曾經歷過迷惘而荒廢學業的階段,因而對於有較大進步空間的學生,我能共感並給予支持,從建立對於學習的自信開始,有計畫性地提升學生的表現。程度較佳之學生,我有信心能滿足其對知識的渴求,也很期待能藉由討論了解學生的想法,一起創造更厲害的自己!
