我是Raymond或也可叫我瑞門老師。
目前在高雄市左營區有自己的英文工作室可已提供上課使用。小時後居住於美國舊金山,畢業於美國Saratoga High School,所以我的英文擁有正確的美式發音。上課注重學生聽說讀寫的能力培養。教授過的學生在學業成績表現優秀之外,英文的口語和聽力能力也都加強許多。上課盡量以英文來上課,畢竟學語言就是要多開口講與聽,才會烙印在腦子裡,不是嗎？
我不太喜歡制式的上課方式,特別重視師生們的互動關係還有培養閱讀的習慣,畢竟學語言最終目的是要能用此語言溝通。還有老師的教學只是短暫,所以能建立起良好的英文閱讀習慣也是我不斷告訴學生們的理念。
本人已有多年成人美語機構如地球村,巨匠美語會話文法講師以及高雄前站求精外語多益課程講師經驗多年,也在知名兒童如何嘉仁,長頸鹿,與文理補習班擔任英文講師的工作已經有多年的經驗。
學生族群從兒童至成年人都有,學生們都認為我是一位教學認真且上課活潑幽默。同時也有國外銷售業務2年的實務經驗,透過流利的英文與歐美各國銷售推廣公司產品,還有接洽國外客戶來台的相關服務。

學生之前與現在有知名企業的經理,醫師,道明高中教師,退休老師,研究所學生,文藻外語的學生,高雄美國學校學生,楠梓日月光工程師與經理,高雄女中,雄中,道明,明誠,與龍華國中等學生們。
1． 明誠中學國二學生,通過全民英檢初級考試。
2． 道明高二學生取得全民英檢中級證書。
3． 高雄海科兩位大學生,在上課三個月後,多益成績從200多分,進步到約700分,通過學校的畢業多益門檻。
4． 左營高二學生,多益成績從300多分,在半年上課後,進步到720分。
5． 2016年兩位國中學生會考成績都達精熟A+,順利考上高雄中學與高雄女中。
6．2016年道明高中生第一次托福就考到89分的好成績。
7．2016年分別道明與中山高中學生的高中英文聽力測驗都拿到A精熟的好成績。
8. 2017年,高雄女中,學測英文達15級分。
9． 2017年,道明高二學生第一次就考取多益785分。
10. 2017年,成人社會人士第二次就考取多益金色證書890分 (聽力接近滿分480/495)。
11. 2019年,高中學生英文達14級分,考取台南成功大學。
12. 2020年,協助高雄海科大學生,從多益200多分在上課半年後,考取560分通過學校多益畢業門檻400分的要求。
Hi there,
Raymond Chen is my name and an American born Taiwanese. I used to live in San Francisco, California with my family for more than ten years. I graduated from Saratoga High School, California and then returned to Taiwan with my parents. Therefore, both English and Mandarin Chinese are my mother tongues. Growing up as a bilingual, its a gift and helps to broaden my horizon culturally and intellectually.
Regarding my previous work experience, I started off by teaching English to senior high, junior high, and primary school students for several years in Taichung. These teaching jobs absolutely required a great deal of preparation work and effectively improved the students English skills via interactive activities. Ever since I moved to Kaohsiung, I have landed some English teaching positions at adult language learning centers such as GVO, Gjun, etc． My main job responsibilities are to teach English phonics, conversation and grammar as well as some standardized English language proficiency tests such as TOEIC, GEPT, IELTS, TOEFL, the etc. After several years of teaching, I would like to expand my knowledge and experience by working at an export trading company manufacturing and selling the custom-made automobile nuts all over the world. At this foreign sales representative position, I was mainly in charge of quotations, calculations of nut weight, order placement and so on.
With these previous work experiences, I have come to realize that with the right attitude comes the great results. Through these different kinds of teaching and sales experiences, I have gained invaluable lessons and improved my job skills such as the importance of lesson plans, customized teaching methods, market strategies and so on.
