紙筆的對話X自由想像=創意∞發揮
藝術家夏水彌生（本名陳姵含）依據獨特的創作風格，建立自游窩Cetacea插畫設計品牌，同時以插畫發展出品牌商品。
擅長複合媒材（Mixed media）手繪創作，插畫多以壓克力顏料、鉛筆兩種為主要媒材與風格，富含多種細膩性的筆觸及鮮明的色彩，更以新詩、散文或故事加強創作的深度，帶出生動的幻想情節，兼具奇幻與童話的獨特性表現。
插畫品牌「自游窩Cetacea」充分展現出藝術家的風格，並為原作延伸商業設計；從獨特創作的核心開始思考設計，將商品訴求轉化為特有的視覺藝術，探索創意及插畫背後的故事，延伸出品牌之多樣性，將藝術生活化，讓創作更能貼近大眾。
同時藉由展覽等等以推廣及宣傳藝術家與自游窩Cetacea插畫品牌，提升在藝文產業的知名度，增加大眾對品牌的認同度，更能進一步瞭解創作是具有細膩情感與深度的藝術插畫。
自游窩含意為自由的在紙面翱翔，暢遊於水墨彩之間，亦像在家中得以自在，不需為他人所隱藏做作，更以隨處皆為發想的種子，盡情地揮灑，不再侷限想像，就像一隻藍天的飛鳥，海裡探險的鯨魚，去發現世界，並創造新世界，帶領觀者一同進入無止境的想像空間。同時也非常希望能透過創作帶給更多人有正面性的感受！
The Artist Pei Han Chen, has her own unique creative style, from having her very own Cetacea Illustrator design brand to have a series of brand collections products.
Pei Han Chen specialized in Mixed media hand drawing style. She used acrylic paint and pencil for most of her work. It shows the details of her work, furthermore, every work comes with a poem or prose by the artist. To emphasize the imagination of her drawing by adding the plot, create a unique way of the work.
