受過正規的美術與設計訓練，曾榮獲 國家金穗獎動畫獎項，並出版兩本插畫書，其中一本由 教育部兒童讀物小組 出版。曾任教於南山中學、二信中學廣設科，以及紐約法拉盛華僑文教中心，擁有紮實的教育背景與豐富的教學經驗。
同時，以 科學化功率訓練 為核心，專注於長距離耐力與競賽表現。擅長規劃 FTP 提升、踩踏效率、體能分配，並協助車友精準定義 FTP 功率與心率區間，打造系統化、有效率的訓練方式。曾多次參與長距離挑戰與賽事並獲獎，實戰經驗豐富，能帶領學員突破極限，騎得更遠、更快。
With a solid background in fine arts and design, I was awarded the Golden Harvest Award for Animation and published two illustrated books, one recognized by the Taiwan Ministry of Education as part of its children’s literature program. I have taught at Nanshan High School, Er-Hsin High School, and the Chinese Cultural Center in Flushing, New York, bringing professional training and real-world teaching experience.
At the same time, I focus on science-based power training, specializing in long-distance endurance and competitive cycling. My expertise includes planning FTP improvement, pedaling efficiency, and pacing strategy, while defining accurate FTP power and heart rate zones for structured and effective training. With proven success in endurance events and race achievements, I guide riders to push beyond limits and reach their full potential.
