Hiya~~ Everyone~~ I’m piano teacher Leona!!
After graduating from junior high school, I went to the UK to study (Chichester collage , then Kingston Uni.), majoring in piano and second instrument is percussion. Went to high school then to college. During this period, I participated in many competitions and performances arranged by the school. Meantime, I passed the highest level of Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Grade 8; the following summer, I was invited to be the translator for the ABRSM in Taiwan.
Studied in the UK for 5 years, then I returned to Taiwan. Teaching range from the youngest 2.5 years old, til adults who want to develop interests. Also provide fully English and Cantonese teaching.
Being a full-time piano teacher for 20 years, I like children very much~~ or probably still childish enough😆? Love being friends with kids!! Hopefully can get in touch with more children who like music through here!! Thank you!!
國中畢業之後, 我去了英國求學(Chichester Uni.), 主修鋼琴副修打擊樂, 一路唸上了高中然後考上大學, 這期間我參加了許多學校安排大大小小的比賽及表演, 同時通過英國皇家鋼琴考試最高級八級的檢定考; 隔年暑假, 我應邀擔任英國皇家音樂學院在台檢定考試時的翻譯老師。在英國待了五年後, 我才返回台灣就職。
我的學生年紀最小的是2.5歲, 最大至想培養興趣的成年人, 亦提供全英文教學。
目前當專職鋼琴家教已超過15年, 可能是因為很喜歡小孩吧~~ 也有耐心~~ 我的學生跟我的感情都很好呢~~ 像好朋友!! 在指導方面, 也相對會有很大的進步.. 可能是因為這樣, 開啟了我對當老師的樂趣喔!! 所以希望能透過這個面試的機會, 接觸到更多的學生!! 謝謝!!
